Shafts, bushes, sleeves and other turned parts often depend on a small number of critical surfaces. Explain how the part locates, rotates or seals, and identify the relationships between those surfaces on the drawing.
From first-off to repeat orders
Bar stock selection, grip length and secondary operations influence both the process and the cost. A first-off review can resolve open drawing questions before committing to a larger batch. Keep revision control clear when the design develops.
