Assess the whole cycle
The robot is one part of a machine-tending process. Part presentation, gripping, machine interfaces, tool life, inspection and finished-part handling all affect whether the cell can meet the intended production need.
Prove the uncertain steps
Representative parts and process trials help test gripping and presentation assumptions. Define the required recovery behaviour as carefully as the normal cycle, including how an operator deals with an interrupted process.
Plan integration and handover
Agree interfaces, acceptance criteria, training and supporting documentation before installation. Machinery safety and conformity requirements need application-specific assessment by the responsible specialists; they cannot be inferred from a generic robot specification.
